Flower Essences

Flower essences are a vibrational healing form. They are patterns of information, intention, and being that flowers bring to the planet. We infuse them in water with the help of nature and the sun (or sometimes the moon). They are diluted in water and preserved with brandy (or sometimes vinegar or glycerin).

These essences are a gift from the flower kingdom to us, bringing new information onto the planet, bringing us the support that we need at this time. They are mostly made in Western Pennsylvania, a reminder that the medicine that we need can often be found locally.

I hope that these essences will support your relationship to yourself as you relate to the world. Please use them with intention. Since they are made in collaboration with nature, you become part of the collaboration when you use them mindfully. Some questions that you might ask yourself to become clearer about setting your intentions as you take these essences are: How do you feel in yourself? How are you relating to others? What do you want to change? What would make life easier and more graceful? You can use the answers to these questions to help you choose which essences to take. You can also choose essences by using intuition, by muscle testing, by reading about them, by just knowing or any other way that makes sense to you.

Essences can be taken many ways. You can take them orally, directly from the bottle but be careful not to touch the dropper to your mouth and to wash it before reinserting it in the bottle if you do. A few drops can be put into a glass of water and sipped. You can put them in your bath or in your shampoo bottle. Use them in water that you spray on your plants or as air fresheners in your home. Use them with your pets. You might even put them into house paint. They can be used for individuals or in groups. Be intentional, creative, and intuitive in your use of the essences and they will support you.
